When you have collected all of the infomation during your system investigation the next stage is to analyse this information to help you to model your system in a structured way. There are several modelling and structured analysis tools available. In this course we will use:

• High-level data flow diagrams (DFDs)
• Entity relatioship diagrams (ERDs)
• Data dictionary
